GoldVarta is a dedicated digital platform focused on gold information, prices, trends and knowledge.
Our goal is to make gold-related information easy to understand, easy to access and useful for everyone — whether you are checking a rate before walking into a shop, working out what an old necklace is worth, or trying to understand why the price moved this morning.
What we publish
Indicative rates. A national benchmark for 24K, 22K and 18K gold and 999 silver, with the source and the last update time shown on the page.
City rates. The benchmark plus a configured local adjustment for each city. We say so plainly, because no national spot feed independently measures a separate price in every Indian city.
Trends. Daily closes archived in our own database and served from there, so charts never depend on a live third-party call.
News and guides. Explanatory coverage and evergreen education, written to avoid quoting prices that go stale.
Calculators. Tools for gold value, jewellery bills, illustrative investment projections and gold loan eligibility.
How we handle data
Three rules govern every number on this site:
- Nothing is invented. If the rate provider cannot be reached, we show the last successful update and its timestamp, or an explicit unavailable state. We never fill a gap with an estimate.
- Provenance is visible. Every rate carries its source and update time.
- Indicative means indicative. A city figure is a benchmark-derived estimate, not a quotation from any particular jeweller.
What we are not
GoldVarta is not a jeweller, a bullion dealer, a lender or a financial adviser. We do not sell gold, buy gold, arrange loans or provide investment advice. Nothing on this website is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
